I am super excited to present my work again at the MOD Gallery in Kansas City, MO for the entire month of September this year! My first time showing my work here was for First Fridays in May 2017 where I had a booth in front of the gallery and it was such a blast! This time, I will have my pieces inside, along with some incredible sculptures by Kyle Moody and Bake Medlock and I am incredibly excited. 

This has come at an opportune time because, even though the year is young, the events I have experienced so far have inspired many new ideas for pieces that I am working eagerly to bring to life. I have developed a new interest in mixed media art and have been hard at work combining many different patterns, textures, and methods of development to create new and original pieces that I am looking forward to sharing with you.

Recently, I jumped back in to cyanotype printing and will likely be bringing back my watercolors with them! Back when I first toyed with this type of photography, I enjoyed adding colors to the final product and playing with the different effects they had on the pieces and I have been having a great time revisiting some of these approaches. 

Along with a solar print or two (or ten, but who is counting!?), I will be sharing some of my newest work in the form of metal prints, metallic papers, archival fine art prints, and possibly a canvas here and there. 

I am happy to say that the artist within is alive and thriving and she is begging to be seen and heard!
