I remember my first wedding shoot like it was yesterday: my cousin, that summer, reached out to me to see if I could shoot his wedding in the fall and without thinking twice, I accepted. 
Little did I know, weddings take a lot of planning  and preparation! To this day, I am thankful that my equipment held up with no issues and my images were safe because, between me and you, I did not fully know what I was doing when I went into it. 
Thankfully everything went well, they loved their images, and now, years later, I am more than ready to jump back in! 

Over the last few years, I have attended many workshops, conferences, and webinars and my experience in both event photography and portraiture has expanded more than I could have ever imagined. Afterall, when it comes to shooting weddings, it's just a marriage of all these things, right? (See what I did there? I'm a sucker for cheesy jokes!)
